Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy: 20% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.

€20 supplement for late check-ins after 22.00pm

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests can use the comment box when booking, or contact us directly either by e mail or phone.

Check-in time is 2pm and our check-out time is 11am.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A refundable deposit of 10% or a minimum of €100 is required to hold the booking. If cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival, the deposited is forfeited. If cancelled less than 7 days before the date of arrival, a further 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled within 48 hours or in the case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
